College Students Take Advantage Of Prep Workshops

Eastern Oklahoma State College Nursing major Lyndsi Cole, left, from Clayton along with Animal Scienc major Autumn Kirkes, right, also from Clayton receive instruction from Sue Lovett, Director of the college's Student Support Services (SSS) during the annual SSS sponsored summer workshop held Tuesday (July 29) and Wednesday (July 30)  on the Wilburton college campus. The two day series of workshops were attended by more than 40 students and featured sessions to help students prepare for college coursework. Sessions topics included reading, writing, computer usage as well as test taking, time management and motivation.
